Don’t wanna settle for the status quo?

You’ll like this story.

I wasn’t always doing this purpose-driven work.

Once upon a time …

In a small logging town in Southern Oregon, a quiet but fiercely curious girl dared to believe there was more to life than the well-trodden path before her. This intuition was my guide, and it led me to carve a life that defies convention.

At 17, I remember sitting in a sea of classmates filling out college applications, choosing majors, and talking about career paths like they knew something I didn’t.

I felt paralyzed, overwhelmed by the pressure to map out the rest of my life when I was still hungry to explore.

How was I supposed to know who I wanted to be when the world was so big, and I had barely scratched its surface?

While the world around me was filled with simplicity and routine, my heart whispered of adventure, purpose, and the extraordinary.

At 19, I packed my shyness and curiousity and headed to Chicago, seeking what I couldn’t quite name.

Along the way, I became a sojourner—moving from Norway to Italy and back again, pursuing creative ventures like that gave me a glimpse into others' unique stories.

For years, I followed paths that made sense on paper but drained the life out of me.

Yet, despite my outward success and satisfaction with my work, a quiet, gnawing discontentment persisted.

I kept facing the same question: “Is there a way to contribute to the world without sacrificing myself in the process?”

I tried on identities like costumes—nanny, expat, travel photographer and blogger, web designer, photographer—each revealing pieces of who I was but leaving me yearning for more.

It wasn’t until I stumbled upon the Enneagram that the pieces of my identity began to click into place. I saw myself for the first time—not just the creative, the dreamer, or the achiever—but as someone deeply wired for understanding, innovation, and guiding others toward their truest selves.

This self-awareness led me to the formal study of psychology, scientific research, and purpose-building frameworks that revolutionized my life.

Through the fires of reinvention, I emerged with clarity.

My mission is to empower wild hearts to break free from expectations, connect with their genius, and create soul-aligned contributions that light them up.

Whether it's a pivot, a purpose project, or a reimagined career, I’m here to guide you toward what you’ve always been capable of—living a life where success and meaning coexist.

What do you do?

My soul offers are the culmination of my life’s work. It’s where science meets soul, giving you a structured pathway to transform scattered dreams into aligned action in under two hours. It’s the guidance, education, and skill building I wish I’d had when I felt stuck and overwhelmed, chasing every spark but finishing nothing. It’s the tool that turns potential into purpose.

So, if you’re ready to shed the weight of shoulds and embrace the fire of who you truly are, I’m here to help you step boldly into your next chapter.

Together, we’ll take that spark inside you and ignite a wildfire of transformation.

HISTORY

This journey illuminated a new path, aligning my role with my soul’s true calling and allowing me to guide others in their transformative quests.

FUTURE

  • Née. Grew up in an old logging town in Southern Oregon. Graduated High School, with a gifted film camera in hand.

  • Quit college (the way we’ve been taught to arrive at our vocation is absurd!) and moved to Chicago on a whim at 19 to follow a hunch. Learned coding languages on the fly wth a friend mentor.

  • Nannied for the best fams + kiddos and vagabonded the world. Diagnosed and treated for PCOS and infertility. Lived in Italy and Norway. Started a photography and a full-stack brand development business, including brand identity design and web development.

  • Returned to university with newfound curiosity, motivation, and direction. Pursued my dream of becoming a physician. Burned out, I ditched my creative biz to pursue integrative health.

  • Graduated summa cum laude with a B.S. in Psychology with an award for social, eco, and neuro psychology research and pre-med in my pocket.

Then just a blip later, after allll that work … discovered I was pregnant after 13 years of infertility (Keto baby 🌈).

    Intermission.

One night, a strong intuition crashed over me like wave telling me to start an Enneagram podcast.

  • My son Arlyss was born (3/23). Convinced my BFF to start the podcast with me. Amassed 50k followers in both communities in just a few months. My Enneagram-based brand was born.

  • I followed my interest and created soul offers from the inside-out: life purpose readings and 1:1 sessions, that helped people uncover why they felt burnt out and unfulfilled, shifting their career trajectories and deepening their alignment.

  • Son diagnosed with Autism & ADHD (high support needs Level 2). Diagnosed with the same, myself (at 43). Went down the AuDHD research rabbit hole. Discovered a slew of effective behavioral, institutional, structural, nutritional, and supplemental modifications that support AuDHD kids & adults.

Full custody and parenting time awarded post-child abuse.

Diagnosed with a rare, aggressive form of thyroid cancer with a BRAF genetic variant.

Heeding the loud calling to pursue neuropsychology doctorate and career.

Creating contributions in the arena of neurodiversity and support for differentiated brands, business, and being.

The rest is yet to be revealed!

But my greatest transformation came with the unexpected. After years of infertility, at the age of 37, I found myself holding the beautiful paradox of becoming a mother while walking away from a path to medical school. Motherhood was not what I planned, but it was what I needed, especially after my son’s Autism diagnosis. I didn’t plan on cancer, either. But these experiences, exposures, and expressions revealed my grit, capacity for fierce love, and commitment to advocating for the vulnerable.

Living with AuDHD has only amplified this drive for exploration.

My brain craves research, deep dives, and gathering every piece of data before making a decision—but it also needs that clarity fast. I’ve always needed my work to be more than just a job. It had to feel like play for my brain—rewarding, aligned, and fueled by purpose.

But that wasn’t always my reality.
